“Introduction to Financial and Business Management (in Russian)” (IFB) is a combined exam based on two ACCA syllabi: “Management Accounting” (MA) and “Financial Accounting” (FA).
The aim of the Management Accounting syllabus (MA) is to develop knowledge and understanding of management accounting techniques to support management in planning, controlling and monitoring performance in a range of business contexts, and to recognise the importance of organisational structures, external factors and technology when making key decisions.
The aim of the Financial Accounting syllabus (FA) is to develop knowledge and understanding of the underlying principles and concepts of financial accounting, as well as the technical skills in the use of double-entry techniques, including preparing and interpreting basic financial statements.
